I ordered online then after 2hours they cancelled my order but my money R300 wasn't refunded till today.. Bad services these people are ******.. I called their customer service and they said they would call me back but they ddnt. When I call them they they are no longer picking up.. I went to the store that my order went through they said they do not deal with online payments only customer service finance deals with it.. I hate kfc they are ****** because they do not respond even on their email.. I wouldn't recommend anyone to order via their app. ***
