CROOCKY AND ******** BUSINESS PRACTICES

I bought lunch (mix box) with a colleague today, 17/01/2020 at a KFC in Arcadia, Steve Biko road, Pretoria. when we arrived at the office, we discover to have been given a snack burger bun in replacement of the advertised mini loaf.

No pardon was given upon our purchase that mini loaves are out of stock (im assuming they were out of stock) but no communication was given, whatsoever which then means that we have no choice whether to continue buying or not when certain items are out of stock.

This is *****y business practices. If for example potatoe wedges are not available for my purchase and subsequently I am given 8 fries to compensate for the wedges without prior consent, this ultimately illustrates that your staff has no regard for consumer preference. When a consumer buys, they purchase what is advertised and not what the cashier deems suitable as a result of own shortcomings.

This practice should be corrected. Its unfortunate we could not take back the food to complain due to the distance travelled but this should be corrected because we did not pay for snack burger buns but for mini loaves. YOU ARE *****ING FROM US WITHOUT OUR CONSENT.
