cream instead of ice crea

So yesterday I look beyond KFC's bad publicity and go order a StreetWise Five and 2 chocolate Sundaes then I left for Checkers. Came back to fetch my order, guess what? My ice-cream was waiting for me under the counter! Only by that time it wasn't ice, it was merely cream! I was so confused, for a sec I thought it was a joke, and I asked the guy why did he prepare the ice-cream yet I wasn't there because I'm used to getting my ice-cream after I produce my slip for my order. He told me that they were short staffed so he had to make the ice-cream even though I wasn't there. Then I got more confused, I started taking my meat and cream but then it dawned to me, why am I taking cream yet I ordered ice-cream? I told the guy I don't want the ice-cream and he asked me if I was sure? I mean, dissatisfied customer infront of you how about offer another ice-cream? That didn't happen so I left the cream with the guy. In a nutshell I paid for something I didn't consume and I would like my money back. Doc No: IN0000T***, I tried calling the manager on the no. on the slip but it has been on voicemail since yesterday. KFC has the best ice cream ever and I would hate never tasting it again!
