****py service from both the workers and manager

I was at Kempton Park long street, after waiting almost 10 min in a queue waiting to order in the drive through, by the time we were at the window it took an additional 10 more minutes. Not that was enough, there was no one at the window to atleast assist or let us know if our order was coming or not. Tried screaming and yelling for help but to no avail, I waited a good 15min until finally I was served. I must say their service is absolutely pathetic and appalling. I will never set foot at such a franchise.
