Could not get my online order

My heart is broken I ordered at KFC Vanderbijpark Bedworth park today but I mistakenly used wrong delivery adress the driver asked me to confirm my adress via whatsapp and I did but when he got to my destination he could not give me my order because he could not complete the order on his app so he turned back. Plus there is no option for refund at KFC.
