Continuous Unsatisfactory service&misadvertising

I am a regular at Kentucky and frequent there about once a week. Whenever I order I order wings for me and my family, on your menu and adverti*****t you advertise 4 wings for R 20.00, wings as you call it are cut in 2 and served as 2 wings when in actual fact it is one, and somehow whenever I order them I always seem to get just the small end wing part, why? this is definitely not value for my money and when I take it back and ask for bigger pieces I get 1 slightly bigger piece and still end up with 3 end pieces of the wing. <br> <br> secondly when we order I order the colonel burgers with no garnish and end up with zinger burgers and lots of garnish. Your cooldrinks are also always flat when we receive them and the diet colas are never marked so the confusion comes of what is coke and what isn't and always lands up down the drain. <br> <br> Can someone please help as I really love Kentucky and don't want to have to stop eating at my \favourite"take out.<br> <br> """
