Continuous Delayed Service

This is the second time I went to 14th Ave KFC & the first time I didn't make a fuss but this time I think I need to I arrived 09h00 at KFC placed my order (there was only 1 cashier) I thought it would take 10min at the most the drive through was empty but because of my bad experience the first time through drive through I thought I would get speedy service inside... <br> There was only 2 people infront of me, I placed my order and asked the cashier how long my food would take because I was on my way to work and needed things to be done timeously... she said they already starting with my order... 20min later people that came after me start getting their orders and I am starting to run late but I still don't get my order... it was so frustrating I order 2 A.M Risers and a cup of tea the cashier didn't even start with my tea and I ended up being late for work this was frustrating I had to wait 30min for something so simple and the funny thing is I was early for work and arrived at KFC on time but I received this **** service... this is unacceptable it is the second time this happened to me!
