Continuous bad service at KFC Overport

I go with my mom every now and then to KFC in Overport, Durban, KZN, RSA, the one on the corner of Overport Drive and Peter Mokaba Ridge. We go there because it is convenient to where we live, but every time we go there the service is terrible. <br> <br> The food we order is never right and there's never sauces and salt put into the takeaways. Even if we're eating in the restaurant, we're never given trays. For both of the abovementioned we always have to ask for those add on services and it seems that staff aren't getting it right. I don't know if it's bad training or lack of motivation for work but as a paying customer it's not acceptable that the same place keeps on doing this. <br> <br> I've worked in the service industry and know it's not easy. But seriously, service needs to be properly provided for people whom are giving money in return for a services provided.
