continuous bad service

<p>Working down the road from a kfc (mt edgecombe) we often pop into kfc or have our food delivered. When the branch first opened the chicken was great, one of the best branches around. Now it seems that the staff cannot cope with the demand... the chicken is always excessively oily and burnt... I have complained about this to the regional manager as well and it seems as if nothing has been done to improve it. Being a paying customer it is only fair to receive quality for your money.</p>
