Continues Incomplete order

We have been going to the KFC on Jean Avenue in Centurion and now for a third time in a row we haven't received our full order. We didn't receive any cold drinks or chips! At first we thought it was a mistake but now it's not anymore and the last two times the quality has definitely not been up to standard!
