Continued Disgusting Service!

Hi, I thought I would finally, after receiving disgusting service so many times, complain about the KFC in Bothasig. They never get our orders right, they are always forgetting to include items in your bag, and not only do you have to drive back to them, but you get terrible and rude attitude from the staff. Their ice cream machines are constantly broken, so you sit in your car at the drive through for 10 minutes only to find out you cannot place the order you wanted. The staff bicker and argue in front of the customers, blaming one another for the wrong orders etc. Many of our friends and family in the area are now going to the KFC in Plattekloof, its a little further to drive, but the service is 1000 times better and and least their store is clean, and they get the orders right. KFC Bothasig is really a waste of time! If this had happened once or twice, I would understand, but the poor service and bad quality of the food is a constant problem. Not to mention that the store is always dirty. Very disappointing service, once again.
