Constantly having badexperiences at Kfc

Went to Kfc on 3rd street in Springs Central (Jhb East) today and waited 35 minutes for our order (Veggie Burger and a Zinger box meal). Several customers came and went while we still waited. We eventually asked what is going on, one sales assistant said its the zinger box meal causing a delay the other person said its the veggie burger. After a lot of confusion we got our order- I did say I didnt want cheese on tge veggie burger which the sales lady confirmed twice and it came with cheese on. This is not the first time, we work across the road from them and several ***orkers have been here before but everyone has complaints about receiving an incorrect order or not having stock of items. A while ago the one lady got hair in her chicken and went back, when they opened the fryer they could see the hair stuck in there but were continuing to cook with it. As a result noone goes back there and I doubt thats very good for business. Please have someone frequent the establiahment and do a surprise audit to check the standards and figure out what is going on there. This is not an acceptable way to run a food business.
