Consistently bad service

I have been to KFC four times in town in the space of one week and have noticed that there is consistently bad service all across the board. Three mornings in a row I went to the one in town on West Street (Pixley ka Seme)next to Clicks and all three times I did not receive a slip and waited over 10mins for my order! On one day I did not get any tomato in my AM riser and the next I got a flimsy dry chicken and mayo sandwich with barely any chicken and not even toasted properly (it clearly was not even buttered). I was silly enough to go back but to Pine Parkade this time where I got no salt on my chips and a Doritos burger instead of a crunch burger. It was horrible and tiny! I also had asked and paid for a buddy coke but when my order came a lady named Mpume told me she only had sprite and creme soda from the fountain. When I demanded my coke the lady that had taken my order quickly ran to the back to get a case of cokes. Why do I have to ask for something I've already paid for?! I've been a loyal customer my whole life and even always add two rands to my order! Safe to say I am no longer a KFC customer.
