Consistent Lack of Hygiene

I have had it with this KFC branch, it is such a disgrace to the brand. I have purchased food from this KFC only 4 times, my first time I drove all the way from Northcliff there for burgers for my daughters party and I ordered 10 burgers, 3 of which they never gave me and they never gave me a single cold drink I then called them and all they could do was give me back the money for the drinks and 3 burgers the next day, not even attempting to deliver the food to me. I did think it was fair that I got my money back therefore I left it. Today I ran out of the office for a quick burger, a dorito's crunch burger and as I opened the wrapping I seen a very long strand of hair hanging out of my burger. Being a diabetic who already took his insulin I was forced to take a bite of this burger with the hair hanging out to avoid myself going into a hypo and intern a coma. The worst part is that this is the third time that this has happened to me at the exact same KFC. I understand that as people we make mistakes but I just had to share this experience. KFC ondekkers centre is unreliable and unhygenic. I will never ever eat at a KFC again because the standards are way too low.
