Consistency in Service in all branches please!
Today i was appaled by the service I got from a cashier i don't want to disclose,but she was very rude when informing that she doesn't have change at such a reputable company...and what's worse when i asked for the area manager's e-mail contact...the manager only had a cell number. Really disappointed,I take part in your surveys but this is the first time i've received such bad service...But the UMLAZI branch should keep up the good work.
