CONSISTENCY IN GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE
I often visit KFC in the mornings and afternoons, and request my order to be in a specific way, and these 2 people never even for a day, frowned or looked at me as if I was a bit of a burden. They always have a smile on their faces and try to help where possible. I thought maybe it was towards me alone but I realised that every customer gets such a fantastic service that deserves to be mentioned. Thanks for such a wonderful service
