Conned and inconvenienced!!!

Made a purchase at the Campus Square branch on the 21st of Feb and was told that the system was offline yet money was deducted from my account. Till this day I am still waiting for a reversal which was supposed to be made between 24 - 72 hours. Till today, 27 Feb, I am yet to receive my money.

I DEMAND NOT ONLY A REFUND BUT A MEAL VOUCHER AS WELL!!!
