Condiments contention

I am soooo upset yet again with KFC Blackheath, Randburg service. All the time I order take away online or drive through I always receive the food without chilli salt and tomato sauce. I want to eat my chips and my chicken with sauce. Even in the store I have to say when they have finished packing.. excuse me you have not put salt and sauce in my bag. When I order online I have a standing instruction that says please add chilli salt and tomato sauce and yet everytime I'm busy at home mixing my own salt with cayenne pepper to try to give my food that kfc flavour I want. What does one have to do to get simple condiments? Today I order 18 pieces of chicken with two large chips and 3 burgers. One of the buckets has 7 not 8 pieces and surprise surprise NOT a single salt or sauce in the bags I am gatvol KFC!
