Concentration camp work ethic

My child recently started working at KFC. The victimisation and unfair work ethic is appalling!! He is the only one on his shift made to clean the the shop, sometimes even long after his shift has ended. They don't even allow him to have a meal or a break before home time. He has to work all shift without a break. He gets a break an hour before end of shift. When he gets off his break they make him clean drains , cookers, bins etc . This sometimes carries on until 2 hours after the end of his shift. And to top it off he doesn't get paid for it.he gets told it is part of his job. But the people who are working until the shop closes are done working while he's still doing the cleaning that they should be doing before they close up. The promise to adjust his shift hours so that he get paid for it but they don't do it. Do not let your children work for KFC. They treat you like a slave. For such a world renowned outlet they are disgusting. They should learn to employ professional people in management positions. Poor top line policies. Sies KFC.
