I am livid... I hate what the lady in site c KFC, who is standing next to the self service machine... Today i went to buy kfc using that self service machine... Before i could finish my order waiting for my slip so that i can get my order number, she. Quickly jumped in front of me and pressed where you press when you want to rate the level of service... She pressed that i was extremely satisfied that i had not even received my slip... She was doing that to all the cx that are using the machine... Without waiting for the cx that was actually ordering on their own without her assistance, she just jumps in to click that we are extremely satisfied...i got ****ed of asked her, why was she doing that, how did she know or how does he know what i was going to rate, why is she deciding for me when she did not even helo me. I find that very rude and disrespectful. How is KFC is going to know if their customwrs are happy or not if the staff is doing ***** by rating the store on behalf of the customers without the customers consent.
