Completely Disappointed

I ordered an app exclusive promotion. The app did not give me an option to choose cash as a method of payment so I was forced to pay via card. I waited for 2 hours and the driver never pitched with my food. This order was set to be delivered at my place of work from which the KFC is situated right down the road. They only gave me the option of a refund which would then be paid out within 7 to 14 working days. Utterly disappointing, KFC on Voortrekker Road in Goodwood service is disgraceful.
