Complete fail

KFC Jean Village. What a dismal display of Uselessness.. Asking for a Hawaiian warp.. we received the "That promotion has ended"..response. Meaningless statement. Do you or do you not have it??. THEN we get our order, pay for it at the drive-thru and then the poor dear "checks" our meal.. Then asks us to check it as well. Not happening. 1 Quality-control operation should suffice, right? Sadly we were mistaken. The mash and gravy, having been "checked", over the course of a 4km trip, spilled it guts over every single meal in the bag. Every. Single. Meal. Everything was covered in gravy, Considering ithat the food was sitting on my wife's lap, it stands to reason that the lid was loose and the container placed on it's side inside the bag, explained why the mash & gravy ended up everywhere. Calling the Website number yielded an answering service... Brilliant KFC, Just Brilliant
