Complete disregard for COVID protocols at KFC in Caledon

The shift supervisor (@ 14H00 on 23/08/2021) practically grabbed my wife's phone out of her hand telling us she's going to enter us into a competition when we said we don't like people using our phones she simply continued. Eventually she was taking so long that we asked for my wife's phone back only to see she is completing the survey herself giving her branch the best outcome and commenting "excellent service". I think this is disgusting behavior and a complete disregard for covid protocols. We are both healthcare workers and when we said we don't like people handling our devices she rep**** by asking if we are "scared of the corona". We have to see patients dying on a regular basis around us, we work in incredibly full hospitals and now to hear and see such a blatant disregard for both our and others health just so your employees can self rate themselves the best, is infuriating. If just one person has unsymptomatic COVID in your store, and this shift leader handles their phone, she will pass it on not only to other employees but also all other customers and their families!
