Complaints of false advertising
There are online orders that we do on whatsapp,the menu is cheap but always when we go to collect the drink is not there,and these happened to me in different kfc stores,which shows that kfc is using those menus to get customers knowing the menu is not complete they are using it as a false advertising just to get customers to stores,i spoke to stores about it and i was told they never had those drinks that goes with those cheap whatsapp menus and kfc is aware of it and nothing was done.

17 Jun 2023, 10:02After raising þhese complaint, i was called by an arrogant customer service agent who just justifies why the stores doesn't have drinks, the truth is kfc are advertising something they don't have in stores,my first order was done on 23rd of march and another on 15th of june in two different stores and am told is because the machine is having a problem, how is that possible that 2 different stores,instead of them calling the stores to find out what are the issues they call customers to justify their false advertising,.
