I always buy food online in most cases but once in a while I'll go buy at the store mainly Rosebank the zone. Yesterday I had such a terrible experience with KFC at Randburg Square Johannesburg. I ordered online on MrD and my order was taken by randburg square. I immediately texted the driver to say you got the wrong address I'm in rosebank dont go to randburg the driver just blue ticked me and went to the wrong address. He called I told him his lost he said it's not his fault that the app got the wrong address, I tell him that look I didn't put that address there after all I have just made an order with Doppoi zero and they came to the right address. He went on to tell me that rosebank is far his cancelling the orderDFD*** and he hangs up. Indeed my order was cancelled which was frustrating after waiting for hour and half while I'm busy working. By them cancelling my order I thought they would refund me so I can make a plan so I can eat for the night but I tell you even today I have not got my refund and I'm planning on taking this to court
