Saturday the 28/09/21 ordered online at KFC Heugh Road & the order was R99.90 I paid for it by card & waited for the order but I never received it,I phoned the store to find out about the order & I was told that they don’t have my order,I did some follow up ,I phoned their customer care & I spoke with 7 different consultants with no solution,the last one offered me R200 voucher to reorder but sadly the voucher was invalid..Iam sooo disappointed with Kfc poor service,I have not received my order nor my money back..I requested to speak with the supervisor but he/she refused to speak to me, I have wasted all my airtime on them
