Complaints

Hello everyone, I'm a regular customer at KFC Pimville square, because it's new 8 thought the service would improve. So I disregard other poor service. The other time the tabasso burgers were sold, I ordered it and paid my order, while waiting for the order I hear the cashier telling the at back if they no tabasso for my order to make ****** sauce. So I asked the cashier ****** sauce for which order she said mine, I said why don't you ask me if I would like ****** sauce for my order. Instead of that she told the worker behind just put ****** sauce I won't know the difference. Guys I'm standing right there listening to everything they are saying. Instead of causing a scene So I asked for refund. Fast forward today I ordered double stack, I pay with a card, they don't give me a slip I get crammed the order number of my order. I wait for more than 30min only to find out they did a wrong order. So I asked refund again cause I've been waiting and I have wait for the right order. And to then the worker as the nerve to tell me I'm the only customer who is complaining about their services. Please people. I have never complained on hello Peter this is my first time it took alot for me to take time to write this. I have a full time job I would never complain for no reason.
