Complaint turned into a WOW Moment

this is just to applaud George Rameetse (store manager for KFC Blackheath). I bought food (streetwise 2) at the store and when I got back to the office found the chicken tasted stale and when I called the store to complain and explaining that that was my lunch, he got into his car and brought me a replacement meal. He didn't ask a lot of things expect where am I based and within a few minutes he was here to deliver my food. I am now profusely happy and full and will definitely go back to that store again. No one at our company wanted KFC anymore because of the whole hosepipe saga but as George came to deliver my food, everyone was also so impressed and saying they will start going back if he really promises their chicken is always fresh. He really knew how to turn a bad situation into a WOW moment and not just for me but for those around as well. that is what i call customer service and a half
