Complaint Regarding Poor Quality of Dunked Wings in Order from KFC Orlando East

Dear KFC Customer Service,

I am writing to express my disappointment with the quality of my recent order. On 08/11/2024 I placed an order via Uber Eats for 4 Dunked Wings and a Streetwise 2 with chips from your KFC Franchise located in Orlando East, next to the petrol station and near the Orlando East Police Station.

When the food arrived, I was extremely disappointed to find that the Dunked Wings were dry, lacked any sauce, and were not up to the usual standard I’ve come to expect from KFC. The wings were essentially inedible, which is very concerning given that I have been a loyal customer of KFC for many years.

I hope that you can look into this matter to ensure that this does not happen again. I would appreciate a response to address my concerns.
