Complaint Regarding Gateway Branch KFC Purchase

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with my recent purchase from the Gateway branch of KFC. I ordered two Streetwise meals, and unfortunately, I did not receive the correct pieces. Moreover, every item I received seemed far from fresh, almost as if they were prepared in the morning and reheated. Even the chips lacked freshness, and the roll was stale. Additionally, I was not provided with any seasoning for my chips. This experience has left me thoroughly disgusted, and I must say the quality of KFC has drastically declined.
