Complaint: KFC V& A waterfront: Caramel Popcorn super Sundaes

I sent the complaint below to KFC.

They did nothing other than to respond : KFC Customer Care Case CAS-328172-S6G6Q9 is now resolved. KFC_: ********** 397913

Dear Sir/Madam

On Sunday (29 October 2017) I went to The KFC in the V& A Waterfront to try one of your Caramel Popcorn super Sundaes

I was extremely disappointed. Not only did I not get what you advertised, but the service was bad and slow and I was not given any change,

The product is advertised at R19.90. I handed the cashier R20. She did not give me the change. When I questioned it, she said they are R20. I pointed out it was R19.90 …and she just walked away. Definitely not a lot of money …….BUT it is just wrong.

I was then handed this tiny bowl by another lady (see image below), with less ice cream than I standard cone (R4.90). I said I had ordered the SUPER SUNDAE and I was told “that is it”. I ‘protested’ that it was not what was advertised and she simply said “we do not have cups”. I pointed out that I could see the cups and once again she simply walked away. Just wrong

Disappointing to say the least. We won’t be back.

This is the product you advertise: (image supp****) This is the product I got: A Tiny bowl with very little ice cream or pop corn and an excessive amount of Caramel (image supp****)

This is what I had to throw away: A slush bowl of inedible caramael (image supp****) A very disappointed customer.
