Complaint: KFC Milnerton

Complaining about KFC Sales/Customer Service assistant by the name of Chuma "X" (I couldn't get her surname)

I am fuming as I'm writing this.. The KFC in Milnerton by Centre Point has been our family go to for more than a decade. My wife and I love the service especially, we've always believed it's what set them apart from the rest..BUT..TODAY...was definitely not one of those days.

I was placing my order via the drive thru as per normal, the lady who answered by the name of Chuma X", but I could automatically here the ladies voice was just not welcoming. She sounded irritated from the get go..i placed my order and this child doesn't even confirm my order, she just asks if I'll be paying with cash or card. I drive over to the next window and before I can even say anything.. She gives me such an attitude.. I asked why was she being rude?! She looked at me and just said I must just pay for my meal.

I escalated the matter to her "Supervisor" by the name "Nomava" as per her name tag. I addressed my concerns to her about the girl taking my order being rude.. As I was busy explaining the situation this girl "Chuma X" basically just took off her headset and left her station. Not even acknowledging what the Supervisor was called for, she was basically "done" with me. Over a simple order, which is her job by the way.

This service is extremely poor, I'm extremely disappointed by the caliber of NEW staff at this KFC branch. The Milnerton KFC always gave exceptional service, hence we as the customer take the extra drive to support this business. But this type of service cannot be the way you guys do business.
