Good Sir /madam I'm deeply disappointed 😞 and ****ed by how kfc dealing with with my refund issue ,I'm zwelethu twala and I'm a regular online customer purchaser of kfc and on the 31 of January I did bought a family treat for my family in riverside mall for the value of R210 but sadly it punch the quantity of 2 instead of 0ne and the amount of 419.98 was taken from my account and I did went to the store manager and explained the matter and I was given one family treat and I was told that they reserved the amount of R209.99 back to my account and since that I have been calling the manager for my refund and he is willing to help but the company department that should do the reversal it giving me the run around cause I just need my money to be reverse to my account nothing else and the detail of the order is Zwelethu *** and my cellphone is *** or ***
