COMPLAINT

i order food online @ 11;21 only to be told theres no driver to deliver after half an hour, phoned customer care and spoke to a very usless manager by the name of GIVEN, he said the will call kfc and arrange with them so i can collect the food and an hour later he hasnt phoned me back , 2 hours later i havent eaten and no answers but kfc deducted my money and havent refunded.
