Complaint

Had the worst experience at KFC Batho plaza today, 1.was refused to enter with my trolley in the shop even though I was with my toddler planning a sit in,was told I can only buy and leave with my trolley outside. 2.eventually when I got someone to check my trolley,I was then ready to order they could not sell to me as it was either they can't sell a meal due to not having mini loaf or something even after I agreed I can have the meal without the loaf they simply refused and wanted me to order something different 3.tried calling their customer service to explain my situation and I could not be assisted by Thoko who also refused to let me speak to their team leader 4.instore service was bad ,the supervisor doesn't even greet you or even interact with clients Was really not happy with the treatment in the store.
