Complaint about missing items and they don't even care.

I have ordered online 1 wrapsta box with buddy coke zero, 2 boxmasters with regular chips and 2 buddy cokes. But they only delivered 1 wrapsta box without a coke zero and 2 boxmasters without chips and without 2 cokes. And I called customer care service only to be told that they will log a case for me. That is all when I ask about the missing items they say that they can't rectify that as they are using delivery partners. How is that my fault.
