Complaint about KFC Selcourt Management!

Hi, I would like to lodge a complain on bad treatment given to trainers at KFC Selcourt.

The managers & supervisors don't have a clue about planning & leading people. How can they schedule people every week with 2pm to 12 midnight shift? My sister is a trainer & she is working night shifts 24/7 since she started while other trainers are on day shifts. Is it fair?? How can she see her kids & family if always on night shift? Why so much bad treatment on her? In addition, why are people when coming on shift at 2pm forced to take lunch immediately as they just come in? Why not at 4 or 5pm or so? You just same in & you are not tired so why forced to take lunch?

Looks to me that the manager doesn't think or plan at all. Its copy & paste weekly. Why cant the manager look at schedule holistically as it just need a little bit of common sense? Also why are pay slips not sent to employees? Every time, we have to ask for payslips as there are deductions we dont understand? Daily, the stock is short, what are the managers & supervisors doing in guiding the process of cooking?

KFC selcourt must start hiring managers & supervisors who apply common sense not this mess!! Its so sad & selfish from these managers!!!!
