Complaint about KFC

I visited kfc heidelberg(GP) on Friday 2021-03-19@20:20,i went there because I love their meat and I was really hungry coming from work. I waited long as we were told meat was not ready that I can understand but when comes my order not as per the way I bought that really sucks I ordered fully loaded, 2 sweet chilli twisters and street wise three but to my surprise peices were two. Can someone please do something about that branch it's horrible their service sucks now I have to deal with two peices instead of what I ordered.Another ustomer in front of me had to scream at them he ordered online when he went for his order meat was not ready how on earth is that possible, seriously the service is so pathetic.
