Complaint

Kindly please advise me since when you buy a family treat you can not choose your sides. I bought a family 10 pcs at KFC in Phillipi this is the 3rd time I am buying a family treat from this store when I choose my sides they refuse they keep on giving me mash potatoes and salads . On the slip we were suppose to get 1.5 cold drink but did not get it. Could it be because I sent my so . This is pathetic , they have no customer service. The point of buying a family treat is to choose which sides its comes with. KFC in the Juction Mall in Cape Town should have a chance of management. If you dont find paper in your meat the treat you as if they are doing you a favor. Management in that restaurant does not seem to care
