Complaint

To whom it may concern

I have yet another complaint about your KFC branch in ruimsig..... First of all the guy that was standing at the pay window can't hear.... The lady that takes your order clearly doesn't know the menu..... I repeated my order numerous times and yet it was wrong..... I asked for five piece chicken....... If they didn't have they should of said we have two piece and three piece not say "got it"..... We pay and our order comes with a one piece chicken...... Don't know who the hell heard me say one piece chicken but that clearly did not come out of my mouth...... Then they have the audacity to tell us we must pay for the five piece when they got our order wrong in the first place....... The branch in ruimsig has poor service and need to get everyone's hearing checked......... Plus I ordered two box masters and there was no colonel sauce.... It was so dry and highly unenjoyable......... I'm livid and I've had enough.......
