Complaint

Good day my name is David Matsepe I visited Evaton mall KFC today around past 11 wishing to have some meal when I arrived there my problem was that I didn't wear my face mask so I was assisted by the lady called Mpho so she told me to go and get a mask since its cheaper out there i then told her that I really don't have enough cash so I told her to take my money and I will wait outside then she buy for me after that she will bring my meal the lady told me that she don't wanna do that I begged and begged with no luck until she told me that I can go and buy at another store since she can't assist me.
