Complaint

I went to KFC Selcourt to buy the oreo ice cream and when I received it it was so small and I went back to the counter to complain I got Bheki and he said it is the way they put it and I told him that it's not the case because I buy every single week I then asked for a manager as I was not assisted the manager came and he didn't want to assist me till I said I will call head office but I'm still not happy because they say that from now on we will be getting less value but the price recently went up. I explained to them that I've been buying there for years and I go to other KFC and I don't have a problem. I'm only complaining because I was told that I must understand that there will be less value
