Complaint

Called in to Customer Care to be assisted coz I wanted to Order and get my Stuff to be delivered, a Lady by the name of AMANDA MAPHALALA was very rude and seemed uninterested to assist me and She even cut the call on me while I was still placing my Order even told me that they not allowed to have a customer on the line for more than 5minutes ..... I called back and Nicko MaphumulO was the one who was able to Help me and was Happy about the way he Assisted me....Thank You so much Mr MaphumulO.
