Complaint
I made the choice to use the drive thru even though they again as numerous times have a board up that no debit or credit cards can be use. Even with a A4 paper sign up asking to Please order inside. As I get to the order window Lindiwe the lady helping me asked me for my order. I ordered 8 x DUNKED wings and she said 8 x Zinger wings so I rep**** No I want 8 x DUNKED wings not Zinger wings she had this bad attitude in saying that it is Zinger wings they just dip in sauce so I said I am ordering from the menu DUNKED wings not Zinger so I move to the next window to collect and heard her in her own language which I understand and talk fluently that she made a joke out of me on my order. This is the worst service I ever received at KFC Elridge and I always spoke highly about this KFC outlet. Really disappointed.
