Complaint

Today on Tuesday the 19th Feb 2019, I went into kfc at Noord taxi rank ,joburg cbd and I was deprived of making use of the ladies because the restrooms were apparently out of order, as a pregnant woman im very disappointed by management of the branch. I WILL NEVER EVER MAKE USE OF KFC especially during my pregnancy because clearly we dont matter. When I asked the lady at the counter gave me attitude telling me that they not allowed to make us use the bathroom. I mean im pregnant for heaven's sake. If the public restrooms are out of order why is management not doing anything about it, the only thing they care about is the money we bring into the branch, this kind of treatment is unacceptable!
