Dear Peter I have a concern regarding KFC in Stanger next to Chester. It's either the staff doesn't good customer service manners or they burn the food. Ever since I started buying hot wings from there they are always burnt! It's really bad, can't they ask for advise elsewhere?

And this needs urgent attention and I'm not the one who seems to experience the same problem. The same goes for KFC in Mandeni Mall, well there you only get a good meal only if the staff knows you or else you will be given *******!!! The stuff would peep from the back to see who ordered what if you happen to be not on their " friends or relative list" you will be given nonsense and the more you complain it gets worse!
