Complaint

Hi. I ordered 2 meals and 8 hot wings. The lady whose took my order said it will take about 8 minutes. I ordered at 9:35 and I received my order at 10 o clock. When the manager came out after 13 minutes, she asked me what am I awiting then I received at 10. I'm so upset because 5 people ordered after me including a customer that ordered 10 hot wings but she received hers before mine. I am not happy with the service at all.
