Complaining about their bad services

Yesterday 2024-02-04 at about 18:50 I bought 9 pieces at kfc maake plaza with cash and after few minutes I have realized that I lost my slip and immediately I requested the shift manager by the name of Nkhenzane and she failed to assist me.i went there again today expecting to find the yesterday order which was not collected but nothing.The very same shift manager still refuse to assist me.Im not happy about about their service.i thought my order number will reflect on their system to show that the meat didn't collect.
