Complaining about the harassment experienced at KFC Siyabuswa Mall

I had a stop at the KFC branch in Siyabuswa Mall and they had a problem with network and only required cash payments. I was very frustrated as I only had cash and expressed my frustration to only be harassed by one of the tellers by the name of Joyce, telling me how disrespectful I was , harassing me and also refused to assist me.

I had to wait for another teller to come and assist me after the harassment and ill treatment received from Joyce. I'm never buying from theat KFC branch in Siyabuswa again. The employees are disrespectful and care less about customer service. Her colleagues also encouraged her behavior and made me wait for their service offering.

Never and never again will I purchase from KFC Siyabuswa mall, no matter how hungry I am. To top it all off they did not add a side of coleslaw to my order that I had paid for.
