Complaining about KFC

Recently bought KFC, Not out of choice but for convenience and limited time. After repeatedly informing them at the drive through what my specific chicken requests are, they still put the wrong chicken in my order. We had to stop in the middle of the drive-thru to check our order before leaving. We thought after multiple times of complaining at Mossel bay KFC we would #WIN and get our food with no problems. BUT Our chicken was wrong and the fries were ice cold and hard as usual. We immediately asked them to correct the order and give us fresh fries as well. It has become a norm where we need to check our orders first and request that they correct the order and give us fresh food before we can finally enjoy our meal.
